The symbol represents the colors of the eyeglass frames worn by Alphabetter's three representatives: 

Jeong Jae-wook, Jeon Jae-min, and Park Jeong-cheol.
The three colors were combined to create an image, symbolizing the core visual idea of "GLASS" 

seeing the world through it.
